產品名稱:負壓導引之智能監控骨水泥灌注系統
「經皮穿刺椎體成形術」( PVP)以及 「椎體擴張後凸矯形術」(PKP)骨水泥滲漏率可高達30~80%。嚴重的滲漏可能導致病患神經及血管受損、尿失禁,肺栓塞,甚至癱瘓、死亡的風險。我們研發出一套創新醫療器材能夠降低PVP/PKP骨水泥灌注滲漏率。本方法在灌注骨水泥時,於同一脊柱對側部位進行主動式負壓處理,以減少骨水泥滲漏機率。臨床實驗結果顯示,使用本醫材可將骨水泥灌注滲漏率降至約6%,大幅減輕「經皮穿刺椎體成形術」(PVP) 以及「椎體擴張後凸矯形術」(PKP)手術風險。
